Over 40,000 people rescued by the Coast Guard in the last four years

The reduction in migrant flows, in relation to 2019, exceeds 80%, while in the last four years alone the Coast Guard has rescued over 40,000 people, said Shipping Minister Yiannis Plakiotakis at an event to highlight the work and contribution of the Hellenic Coast Guard.
